Mrs Shireen Fazal is a Senior Associate at Al Aidarous. With her background in common law, combined with over 10 years of experience in the UAE, Mrs. Fazal is primarily involved in the management of the institutional and ad hoc arbitration cases that the firm handles, as well as plays an active role along with the firm’s litigation department in rendering pre-filing advice, including drawing up the case strategy, on litigation matters relating to commercial claims.

Mrs. Fazal, is also involved in transactional matters, with particular focus on distributorships and agencies, joint ventures, international trade, corporate structuring, company formation, and real estate.

She holds a Bachelor of Law degree from the Delhi Law Faculty, and is fluent in English and Urdu.
