Mr. Waleed Hamad is Head of the firm`s Litigation Department. He has been working as a civil and commercial litigator in the UAE since 2004. Mr. Hamad is highly experienced with the UAE legal system and its procedures, having handled multiple cases before Federal and local Emirate courts, as well as specialized tribunals such as the previous Rent Committee, and the Real Estate Bench of Dubai Court.

Mr. Hamad obtained his L.L.B. degree from Al Monofia University in Egypt. Mr. Hamad continued his legal education by obtaining a Certificate in Commercial Arbitration, and an LL.M also from Tanat University.

Mr. Hamad is fluent in Arabic and proficient in English.
